Turn on to ignore battery optimization for Hushed.(Depending on the one you have installed). Select the (.) menu in the top right corner and press "Battery optimization".
Configure the app so it can use GPS in the background. On the screen that will pop up, ensure the following options are toggled:Ĭheck that you are using High Accuracy for Location Mode and also allowing location access.Toggle "Manage automatically" to "Manage manually".In case you have a Huwaei P30 or P30 Pro, please do this as well: Find Hushed on the list and set to "Allow".Find Hushed on the list and make sure that it is not selected.Select three-dot menu (top right corner).If your Hushed is listed as “Not optimized,” please tap on it -> Optimize -> Done.Tap Apps & notifications -> Advanced -> Special app access -> Battery optimization.In your device, go to Settings menu > Battery > top right 3 dot icon > Battery optimization > click on "Not Optimized" bar > All Apps > Hushed > Select "Don't Optimize". If Background refresh is greyed out in the ON position, go To Settings App - > General - > Background App Refresh - > Turn on the option for the system, and then you can turn on / off by app. To enable this, there are 2 options to check :ġ - Low Power Mode (Settings App - > Battery - > Low Power Mode) needs to be offĢ - Background App Refresh (Settings App -> Hushed - > Background App Refresh needs to be ON To resolve this, please follow these steps: If "Background Refresh" is off, then the app cannot receive messages while it is in the background and might not be able to perform calls. If the app is shut down, you will not be able to receive any calls or texts until you open the app up again, where you will then see the missed call and SMS logs. In order to not miss any calls, the Hushed app needs to be running in the background at all times.
